Weight loss is a sticky thing with me too Pep. I took off weight the wrong way too many times and I cannot cut out either. I have to change habits but moreso replace the ones that are not healthy with healthy ones I enjoy (not going from chocolate eclairs to Jello mind you... more like eating chocolate eclairs maybe more often but smaller portions? or possibly changing chocolate eclairs with something I enjoy just as much that may be less of a problem.) You know what I mean.

5 lbs is a biggie. I was just reading about that guy who is 1,200+ lbs... lost 550 and is still around the 750-800 lbs range. Oh my!!! :faint: He got married and he's facing life as a challenge with positive energy. Good for him!

Losing is always better than gaining - even if it's just a lb! :D
